On 26 March, 230 people attended a wonderful singing day with composer John Rutter. OUP loaned us thousands of pounds worth of music and Forsyth’s music shop provided an on-site shop for those who wanted to purchase any of the music. The day was worth doing, just for the delight it gave to so many people who love to sing John Rutter’s music; however, thanks to his generosity, we were also able to raise £4,416.36 towards repayment of loans on our building project. Thank you so much to all those who helped the day run so smoothly; it was a day to remember with gratitude.
